She states she never actually looked at what she was sending, only the titles of the saved documents. The RN states a few weeks later, Medical Staffing requested a copy of her BLS card. She states she told the lady that she had to recertify. She further states she did not intentionally give the BLS card volunteering after the hurricane. She states her wallet was damaged and the other volunteer was trying to help her out. The RN additionally states she has never given any false information on her certifications.
However, she was not able to provide a good defense for herself. Therefore, the Board placed her RN license to a disciplinary action instead.
