The Texas Board of Nursing (BON) has the jurisdiction to hear and decide cases involving the practice of professional nursing in Texas. Any Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) found guilty for violating the state laws and regulations may be subjected to a disciplinary case if not properly defended by a Dallas RN Attorney

At the time of the initial incident, the Registered Nurse was employed as a Clinical Liaison RN in a medical facility in Houston and had been in this position for approximately three (3) months.

On or about March 1, 2018, through March 16, 2019, the RN allegedly practiced as a Registered Nurse without a valid license. Board records indicate that the RN’s license expired on March 31, 2018. Her conduct deceived residents, their families, fellow caregivers, and the public in that they believed the Registered Nurse’s nursing practice was in compliance with all Texas Board of Nursing Rules and Regulations.

Because of the incident, the Registered Nurse (RN) was summoned by the Texas Board of Nursing to hear her side of the story. However, the Registered Nurse (RN) failed to properly defend herself because she did not hire an effective and experienced Dallas RN Attorney.

As a result of conviction, the RN was sentenced to probation and ordered to pay an amount. She was disciplined and warned of suspension of her RN license by violating Texas Board of Nursing regulation.

Avoid the similar thing from happening on your end. Make sure to find the right Dallas RN Attorney in case a complaint will be filed against you before the Texas Board of Nursing (BON).
